Your comfort matters — even after delivery.

If your comfort needs change, we allow one (1) mattress exchange within one (1) year, based on the schedule below.

Exchange Schedule

• First 90 days: 100% credit

• Months 4–6: 50% credit

• Months 7–12: 25% credit

Requirements

• Mattress price of $1,199 or more (before tax)

• Mattress protector purchased at the time of sale from Jacksonville Bedding Mattresses & More

• Minimum 30-night break-in period

• One exchange per invoice

• Equal or greater value exchange

  • Customer is responsible for any price difference

  • No refund if a lesser-value exchange is selected

Exclusions

• Stained, damaged, odor-infused, or infested mattresses

• Adjustable bases, floor models, odd sizes, and special orders

• Accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, comforters)

• Promotional items (deducted from exchange credit at retail cost)

• Exchange delivery fee (minimum $199, based on location)

TWO (2) YEAR PRICE GUARANTEE

We respect your time and your investment.

If you find a lower advertised price from a local stocking dealer for the same sleep set within 24 months of purchase, we will refund 100% of the difference.

How It Works

• Price must be for the identical mattress (brand, model, size, and features)

• Advertisement must include comparable services and promotional items

• Present the ad and we will issue a refund for the full difference

Exclusions

• Clearance items, floor models, and discontinued merchandise

• Vendor rebates, rollbacks, or manufacturer incentives

• Online marketplaces or auction sites (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)

THREE (3) YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

You’ve invested in a premium sleep system, and we stand behind it.

Jacksonville Bedding Mattresses & More extends the manufacturer’s limited warranty by an additional three (3) years, covering qualifying manufacturing defects under everyday residential use. Coverage begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Eligibility Requirements

• Mattress purchase of $1,199 or more (before tax)

• Mattress protector purchased at the time of sale from Jacksonville Bedding Mattresses & More

• Original purchaser only

• Proper continuous support system required

Support Requirements
Queen or King frames must include:

• A rigid center support with a leg, or

• At least five (5) legs or evenly spaced hardwood slats no more than 3 inches apart

What Is Not Covered

• Normal body impressions:

  • Less than 1.5″ (innerspring/latex)

  • Less than 1″ (memory foam)

• Comfort preference or fabric wear

• Stains, spills, burns, misuse, or abuse

• Improper support systems

• Transportation, inspection, or removal costs

• Unsanitary or soiled products

Warranty Resolution

• Repair or replacement at our sole discretion

• Replacement may be of equal or greater value

• Exact model match is not guaranteed

• Replacing one piece in the set does not guarantee replacement of other piece(s)

Important:
The law tag must remain attached. The sales receipt and the manufacturer’s warranty paperwork must be retained.
